I dont have cable, pretty sure its on there, but I wanna go to my friends to watch it, so i need to know in a little advance what day and what time. Can anyone help?

There is a pre show that covers the stars arriving and that starts at 7pm. It is 2-3 hosts asking artists questions on there attire for the evening. Are they excited for presenting or being nominated, for whatever category it is they are up for an award for, who they came with, upcoming projects. Little questions.
The award show it self - if everything goes according to schedule - will start at 8pm.

okay its on mtv and it depends which cable you have if you have comcast is channel 43 but if you have dish then its on 160. its starts at 9pm on sunday. the VMA's awards are about the best artist of the year. it also video music award.
