For this particular part, I assume this is a plastic pressurized coolant tank, the best replacement is a new part form the dealership.
However, if you find a newer model wrecked car that has the same part then you can get it from a salvage yard.
An old part from the same model year will fail sooner than a newer one off a wrecked car or a brand new one from the dealer.
MOPAR= Mostly Old Parts And Rust!
They just don't build cars like the used to and this is the price we pay for this new and improved garbage/technology.
Good Luck!

If your cooling system has the *radiator pressure cap* directly on the top of the bottle you need a Chrysler replacement. Otherwise, lets go on a scavenger hunt.
jcwhitney.com. for a new one or any auto parts recycling yard for $5.00.
Actually if you are clever any ( atmospheric) open air vented top coolant recovery bottle will work. Drill a couple of nylon wire-tie holes and strap it in. Small elastic bungee - cords work also.
All auto-parts stores have new coolant recovery bottles. You'll need to fashion a hole for a mounting bracket as these bottles are general purpose
If all else fails.--------------
try: autoparts warehouse.com, partstrain.com for an exact replacement.

car-part.com or any wrecking yard in your area. Do you have a "Pick-a-Part"?
Personally, I use an empty coolant bottle. I just poke a hole in it and shove the overflow tube into it so it goes to the bottom and it works just fine. The best part is when I change coolant, I get a replacement overflow bottle!
Your problem is you bought an expensive car. Expensive cars have expensive parts!
I was an appraiser for a few years and Saturn parts are always less expensive than any other manufacturer. Just a word to the wise . . .

Try a salvage yard if you want a "stock tank"(http://www.car-part.com/)
Other wise look for a generic that will fit.
Of just find a container that will fit in the area that has a ventable lid. There is little or no pressure on this tank, it just needs a hose to the overflow that reaches to the bottom of the container. If you make your own, you can mark it for low and high yourself.

Call around to the local junk yards. One of them just might have one for a better price.

I don't think seventy bucks is high, look what you're driving. Try a salvage yard and hopefully you don't get one that is cracked or full of crap that will get into your motor.
