How old are you, how much do you weigh, and what size are you?
Get properly sized at Nordstroms, JCPenney, or Sears. Use that size as a guideline as not all bras have the same standards of measurement.
Get a good supportive bra. Try to find a "minimizer" bra which helps squoosh your breasts so noone knows your true size.
Do you have back pain?
You could always look into a breast reduction.
If you are overweight, you should try losing the weight first, and then looking into a reduction.
