Open Internet Explorer, and in the address bar (where you would type "yahoo.com") type in the IP address of the router. It should open a web page that allows you to configure the router.

You type the ip address of the router into your internet explorer address bar, that should open the html menu page for the router asking for the password, try password
default IP 192.168.1.1
