Gotta be the DETROIT LIONS! They have a lottery pick every year and seem to only be moving backwards. They drafted Charles Rodgers BUST!!! They drafted Williams from USC BUST!!! They have no clue how to evaluate talent and refuse to make any changes to upgrade there defense. HORRIBLE!

My Buffalo Bills.. They were one of the most successful teams in the '90s, but now can be compared to teams like the Lions and Cardinals. They are one of five teams that hasn't made the play-offs this decade(not counting the Texans.) They are on their third GM and their fourth head coach. They have had six different starting QBs, four different starting running backs, a consistently poor offensive line, a defense that looks good on paper but fails to deliver in the clutch....

It sounds fairly mundane if you look at the Bills as just another loser team. But when you frame it with the great success of the '90s, and the high expectations that have surfaced periodically since, it is extemely disappointing, and something of a complete reversal. Luckily, no QB has ever looked as legit in a Bills uniform as JP Losman since Jim Kelly. He sealed it to me by getting in the huddle, telling his teammates he wasn't throwing the f***ing checkdown, and tossing the winning touchdown into Peerless Price's out-stretched hands....

Whatever team didn't win the Super Bowl in that time is going to be that fan's biggest disappointment.

The Detroit Lions - pick the year. They, every year, stink up the joint. They just cannot put together a strong team - and the management sucks.

Colts, I think one superbowl win in Manning's prime is a gross underachievement. He should have at least two more.
