My appearance - especially my face as it is a mirror - to how stressed out I look - it reflects my state of being - getting enough good quality sleep is intrinsic to my well being - need at least eight hours - i am a night owl - i get restless - i can talk all night - love my computer - this is my fave excuse 4 staying up all night - do understand my take on this ? i luv communication - writing is my thing ! always on my mind - gotta write something ! wen there is no one around - luv to read - luv movies - i have only very recently purchased the DVD where 2 white swans exchange house's 4 - 2 weeks - blew my mind - literally - because it was a wake up call - in truth - ok - i luv my lifestyle and the small trusted group of friends i have - what's aways on my mind is ? do U know ? wot - how did you know i was going to Say that ! ur simply amazing - wot am i saying / gosh i don't know / one thing 4 sure / i had a tear in my eye / never can i do that - wow - confused or wot ? / fine ok / huh ? ok ? right ! yeah - do U like hagen-das ice cream - i do - my fave is pralines and cream - sometimes cookie dough - isn't that sad ? cause i have a lactose intolerance - so i have to buy soya alternative - but wot the heck i have a craving once in awhile for my fave ice cream - not very often - most of the time - best time - wen i am cosy with myself.

On the mundane level,I'm a total commoner: wife,kids,,job,friends. On the spiritual level I spend a lot of my late hours exploring my mystical side,with prayer,reflection and reading classics of Catholic mysticism like The Cloud of Unknowing or The Fire of Love,City of God,etc. On the highest level I mostly think of God and His nature,but in terms of active daily life I'm a dedicated dad and husband,and pretty good at my job too.
