About 2 months ago my husband got written up because F&^% was in an email, well he got another email from someone else today and it had SH*T in it. Question is, does the email security get the email right away once it was opened? He deleted the email right away, but he needs to know if he should tell his boss about this now...or if he will be off the hook. Thanks in advance.

I think he shouldn't bring it up unless the boss does.Boss is more likely upset that he's checking his personnel email at work exposing their network to maybe a virus or some attatchment in his email. Also using works network bandwidth for personal emails.I wouldn't bring it up good chance IT guy may miss it.

At work, check personal email on phone. Assume work monitors stuff going through work network! Doesn't matter, sent or received.
