LOL...my question is why make that button with the description in the first place? Do they think people are too stupid to find out what that flag button does?

They are playing with our minds.
You know they are just putting it up sometimes on purpose so people will be even more attracted to it.
I must click it now before it disappears and I never get the chance to do it!!

It does it depending on a number of things.
whether you are logged in, viewing your own questions, or answering other peoples, or viewing your own answers...
but yes....its a bit tooo big to be something that is used less than the thumbs up/down buttons.

MAN next time i give you somthing i wont cause you can not hang LOL no i think sometimes it does do that i see it sometime or maybe your mouse arrow is over it so it says report. DUDE I JUST SAW IT MAN THIS CRAP IS STRONG!! LOL

they are making some changes so i guess things will be messed up for a while. i just hope this time it will be something of use and worthwhile putting on here. good luck.
