Me and my boyfriend been together for a while now...but the problem is I am about to turn eighteen and he is sixteen and he won't be turning seventeen for a while. will it be illegal for us to be together...I mean we are not having sex at the moment. I been trying to look up the law according to Georgia but I can't find...can someone please help me I am really concerned

According to a source on the Internet, you are Ok. The age of consent in Georgia is age 16.

(a) A person commits the offense of statutory rape when he or she engages in sexual intercourse with any person under the age of 16 years and not his or her spouse, provided that no conviction shall be had for this offense on the unsupported testimony of the victim.

As long as you are not having sex you should be fine. (Besides, not having sex helps you avoid that whole unwanted pregnancy thing.)
Your relationship will actually be stronger if you can hold off having sex for a while. (Weird, but very oddly, true. My husband and I dated for 2 years and did not have sex until we got married. We have been married for 12 years as of Sept 2 and I trust him more than anyone I've ever known.)
