I don't bother with CNN or Fox News these days. Both are garbage. Both only have their point of view while ignoring the views from the other side. Neither are fair or unbiased anymore. when i want news i watch BBC news these days. Most American news stations(Not all) seem to think that every American is a brainwashed star struck tool who only care about the antics of Paris Hilton Lindsay Lohan & Britney Spears. I'm in the minority of Americans who's not a star struck tool & actually care more about important issues affecting our country & world today.

I don't watch the U.S. news anymore. I used to watch CNN before they started showing a bunch of crap---I can't stand Glen Beck or that Nancy Grace witch. I want to see the news, I want to know what is going on with the world not with Paris Hilton or Brittney Spears and I really don't give a darn what people like Glen and Nancy think, the U.S. news is a bunch of crap, watch the BBC, they tell the real news

This is why I love FOX News. I don't bother with CNN, I never have and especially not after they were exposed for their "works" with Saddam.
I see that many people here like to watch foreign news. I used to watch BBC but you have to be sensible. The news in other countries is only going to show you what is to their advantage and, yes people, very tainted if not completely distorted. News is more controlled in other parts of the world than it is in the U.S.A..
Why do you think the state of affairs is what it is in the U.S.A.? It's because we're not censored and controlled like people in other parts of the world are. You can speak any truth you choose to here and will not end up being taken in the middle of the night for it. Heck, you can lie and still be left alone. It's called freedom and you have no idea how much of it you have unless you lose it.

Yes, I can.. I can recall in the 80's and some early 90's -- before their true newsmen resigned. I can remember credibility before mailed-in/pre-taped Katrina segments of emoting & powty anchor-people (on "assignment").
CNN had gone from a 24-hr news-channel... to a rehashed, talk-show channel that tries to put faces on TV that might stop us, as we zip through the channels.. and this runs the SAME video over & over & over (like the Men's Room Senator, at the podium -- although there's been NO NEWS for a week, with him).
PS -- Why wasn't Katrina a bigger topic when it WAS APPROACHING a few years ago -- never SAID, is that our USA Media machine was ALL ON VACATION from CNN and across all media, for the Labor Day holidays that year (they were on skeleton crews & tapes for their airtimes). No one was working, and it took time for even CNN to fly their people BACK from vacations, so they could pretend to "cover" this, by rerunning the newswire video (over & over). There were NO reporters around, for days because of the holiday, etc.

news was getting boring it was all the same. natural disastors and shootings, etc. if a mass invasion of somthing from space was happening they would put that there because it would be new. anyways its all about the ratings now and the old news wasnt getting enough.
