Wearing saggy pants is disrespectful. I don't want to look at your butt or your underwear. It's a silly style that makes you look like you haven't got a butt or any legs. Also it makes you look poor like you can't afford pants that fit right so you have to wear your older brothers until they fit you.
-Bikini's are appropriate for swimming and not at school functions where the major part of saggy bottoms are disruptive. Men can swim without tops or shirts period; women can sport bikini tops. Women also can't really hide any guns in their bikini tops. Not saying they are tasteful and aren't distracting but they are not worn out just on the street or in class usually either.

I'm not judging, but the ban should have been enacted sooner, all over the US. When people are out in public, they do not want to see pants that start at the butt and the inseam starts near the knees. It is a tacky look and it shows that you do not care. In reality, it does hurt people because we have to focus all our energy on things such as why they cannot wear their pants properly. My cousin does this look, and he has become the laughingstock of the family.
Bottom line-wear your pants at the proper length and people will respect you more. I don't mean to offend you, but there are people out there that will not respect or take seriously one who "sags" their jeans.

To be completely honest with you, the look you are describing is an absolutely ridiculous one to me, personally. I think it is demeaning to the person displaying it and rebellious toward the ones who don't agree with it. However, people should be able to express themselves in whatever way they want to. The fact that they would outlaw any look, regardless of how they feel about it is totally bogus. THAT I DON'T agree with. I don't know why they have done it. I don't think they have the right to do that and they should just let people wear their clothes whatever way they want.
I hope this helps a little.

There are all kinds of fools who think that they should be allowed to legislate fashion. When I was young we wore bell bottoms with absurd flares, and had no colour sense whatever. The school boards of the time refused to let students attend school without their hair cut short. These people fussing about the dorky way you kids dress are the children of idiots past, who have forgotten what they looked like in their high school annuals and have nothing better to do with themselves.
That kind of stupidity in the White House would be dangerous.

I personally don't care for the look at all. And apparently where its being outlawed, they're saying its indecent exposure. I also read along with the article that they want to ticket women whose bra straps show (so if my bra strap slips and shows, you're going to give me a ticket?????). However, I feel that its wrong to outlaw it. Its infringing on your right to freedom of expression, and really, is it that bad that you're going to have police give tickets for a fashion faux-pas instead of, you know, fighting actual crimes? What a waste of tax payers dollars.

i wear my pants like that. not cuz its 'cool'. cuz its comfortable.
let me say this... if the fact that boxers are in 'plain view' is SOO bad. and NO ONE wants to see it... why are transparent or semi transparent tops allowed? why dont we stop women showing their bra... or wearing bikinis??
Ill tell you why. cuz guys LOVE staring at some barely covered chick... but which sane girl wants to stare at peeking out boxers. theyre not 'hot'. theyre just effin comfy. thats why i like it.
I asked a question a LONG TIME ago. about why bikinis are awllowed, because theyre so revealing and kids shouldnt see such things.
most people told me that if i didnt like it, i shouldnt look, and if it really bothers me, i should go somewhere else.
So i think that should be enforced with this situation as well.
Lets cart all the women whose nipples show beneath their tops to jail... just cuz SOME people dont like it. (that gets rid of my history teacher)
dont like it... dont look. i guess it makes sense. best for everyone eh??
Shame
PS: i agree with the person who said adults today forgot what pricks and fashion nuts thay were when they were kids.
PSS: adults started this... mainly rappers. so why crack down on the kids. lets kill eminem.

There is nothing cool about wearing your pants so low that your underwear are showing. It looks slovenly and down right disrespectful to others around you. Besides it trips you up when you are running from the police.(Ha Ha)

Probably because your underwear is hanging out so the whole world can see.I believe that it would be outlawed if women wore just their bra's.Its having respect for yourself and the people around you.
