I own a condo and the tenant above me toilet had no wax seal. Everytime they flush their toilet it wet my ceiling. My ceiling collaspe and the beams are wet. I also see mode. Who is responsible for fixing this and who can I contact for an estimate. PLEASE HELP

Contact your condo management. They should handle it all. No management? Call a contractor and a lawyer.

Call some general contractors in your area phone book and get three or four different quotes to repair the ceiling and remove the mold or water damaged wood, if possible....check them for references and with the BBB. Tenant above you is responsible for the damage....hire a lawyer if they don't want to pay and get their toilet fixed as well.
