The last five amendments are:
Amendment XXIII [Presidential Vote in D.C. (1961)]
Amendment XXIV [Poll Tax (1964)]
Amendment XXV [Presidential Succession (1967)]
Amendment XXVI [Right to Vote at Age 18 (1971)]
Amendment XXVII [Compensation of Members of Congress (1992)]

Am 27 was congressional salaries. This is the most recent amendment.
Am 26 gave 18-yr-olds the vote (so that would be "Expansion of the electorate.")
Am 25 was presidential succession

Just so you know, repeal of prohibition was Am 21, and limits on terms was Am 20.
