Deliia, 5,7,9, Rave but when you put those clothes in the washer it might tear up but you said cheap AHAHA! Hit the clearance sale racks in big Dept stores like Dilliards where the cute misses or junior sections are. You can get good deals with better quality clothes.

1. Thrift stores, including Goodwill, Salvation Army, UCP (United Cerebral Palsy), St. Vincent DePaul, and local thrift stores in your town. Shirts usually sell for $3, pants for $3 average price, dresses for $4 each and up.
2. Consignment stores and resale stores.
3. Yard sales. You have to dig, but you can find some great used clothes for anywhere from 5 cents to $5 each.
4.Mervyn's clearance sales are great for basics like plain skirts and shirts.
5. "Flea Market" and Swap Meets. Many large towns have regular swap meets every Saturday. Ours meets at the fairgrounds.
I shop mainly thrift stores. But I have to look carefully at each item to check for broken zippers, ripped or torn merchandise, or stretched out stuff. Most thrift stores do not have a nice return policy.
Have fun. Once upon a time I turned my nose up at thrift stores, until one day I saw a gorgeous guy dressed really well loading up a shopping cart with clothes at the thrift store - and he was picking out some real nice stuff - and I made the connection...
