Because 90% of media members are Democrats and Hillary is their "golden child". They don't want to do anything to tarnish her image.
She should not have donated dirty money to charity. She should have given it back. Then the Dems in Congress should have initiated an investigation like they did with Alberto Gonzalez.

Its actually pretty boring. We have seen it and discussed it and its a secondary scandal when you consider it happens to both sides. If Hillary had been found in bed with him you'd have a story. Just another donor problem, one that's already been resolved, and no...its not worse than a Senator claiming he was picking up paper in the stall then tap dancing on an undercover cops foot, when hes been a virulently anti gay rights voter.
Lawbreaking isn't either a Democrat or Republican vice both sides have long lists they will be happy to reprint at the slightest provocation.
I want to thank the above answerer for proving my point this is the first I have heard about Romneys problem, and btw, you can't give back the money to the man who donated it, in Hsu case, they couldn't find him. The money was given to charity.

So he will be extridited from Colorado to California where he will stand trial on STATE charges. Perhaps his illness will have him return to California in a body bag eventually. We don't know much more based on the article. I laugh at how the right grasps at straws, every miniscule little thing to try and win one but in the end they wind up with egg on their faces again. Let's see how this plays out before blaming anybody. By the way where is there any LIB bias or anything else in this. We must follow the law. I know Cons are above the law in their minds but libs don't think they are and so Hsu will get what is coming to him.
You portray your side as poor little victims but during the 1990s the shoe was on the other foot and your side was barracudas. Same media but, then, of course, they weren't bias were they?

Not everything is a conspiracy. I think the story isn't getting full coverage, because it's about to get more interesting, and they don't want to burn out the story line too early. They don't know why he fled to Colorado, what put him in the hospital, or how he's managed to avoid arrest for 15 years while he rubbed elbows with the most prominent politicians in the nation.
If they talk about it too much too early, everyone gets tired of the story before the important parts are told.

On the contrary, the double standard is that this has been reported all over the place while the huge scandal involving Romney's campaign finance co-chair has been largely ignored (see link).

The significance of Larry "wide stance" Craig, is that he has been a leading congressional opponent of gay rights. His guilty plea in an undercover sex sting is a continuation of closeted homosexual republicans continuing as classic examples of Freudian projection.
If you are going to make the claim that there is a media bias, see what news has replaced it as ask yourself why.
Remember, news is, by definition, what is NEW.
Additionally, the Norman Hsu story is front page and above the fold in todays New York Times, one of the more "liberal" news sources.

Oh, yes, absolutely...a supposedly religious political person trying to hook a man in a mens room, & a crook getting caught, & going to jail, while people he gave donations to are giving them all to charities, or giving it back!
And, this hasn't been hashed over enough on yahoo today!

It will be hidden and the mainstream media will not attack Ms. Clinton and others who obtain funding from similar groups like Gore even did in his run for office. Democrats would sink in polls if the real story on these fundraisers came out.

Your right. The problem is gay bathroom sex is more entertaining than theft and missing court dates. The news is entertainment first, information second. Sad but true.
