this is the yah hole dilemma. they don't care because they are so mismanaged. and there are so many users - they can get away with it.

they don't lose money or anything when people quit. there's no negative consequences so they just have the obligatory "customer" care deal to pretend they will be fair and take fair action against problems. then they do the opposite. they probably laugh their a**es off all day watching people trip.

i agree, my biggest thing when going to stores is customer service...i once worked at a customer care desk and tried to help and it taught me a lot. i will leave a store and never come back if their customer service sucks. that's what they are hired for. theres not point in being rude to a stranger

Because the word "care" symbolizes a warm feeling of liking you and they want to allure you by something good . It is easier to allure by beauty and caring than by ugliness and indifference.

Maybe because they don't carry out what they preach in which case they aren't reliable or trustworthy so take CARE to avoid them!!!
