Many see Geronimo as a renegade murdering Apache, but I see him as a great guerilla fighter taking ten years out of his life to keep his small band from extinction. It took two Cavalry units under General George S. Crook and a huge party of Apache scouts to catch Geronimo, but in the end, the credit goes to LT Crawford for putting his life on the line and the trust as a friend of the Apache leader to end the wars of the great Southwest.

The villain in this story would be General Nelson Miles for his treacherous response to the loyal Apache scouts that brought about the surrender of Geronimo. The other villain is the U.S. Government for keeping an only Apache warrior as a prisoner-of-war for decades, restraining him the liberty to return to Arizona.

Doc Holliday rocks! he is the "Jack Sparrow" of cowboys. If you havent seen the movie Tombstone then I recommend watching it. But I would have to say John Wayne is probably the best fictional cowboy of all time. Some of his better movies are "Big Jake", The Sons of Katie Elder", True Grit", and "The Shootist".

Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen from "Back to the Future: Part III." His boneheadedness and sheer determination to make trouble over nothing make him my favorite western villain.
