i really don't know how to fix your problem, but next time you code a website, use the include tag.

or use joomla or another similar program.

This problem would have easily been avoided had you used an external style sheet and created your menu with CSS in the first place. CSS should always be used for the presentation and (x)html should be used for the content itself. Tables should only be used for tabular data not for positioning of images or text.

If you had all you would need to do is change the style sheet itself and it would modify every page that is linked to it.

As you did not give us a link to any pages at all I do not know if you did that or not already.

I do it often. Keep a folder of your website on your local computer. Maintain your html in that folder. FTP from that folder whenever maintenance is done. Any FTP program (ws_ftp, FileZilla, the Firefox add-on FireFTP) will have a feature to let you sort-descending by date. Sort descending on your local folder. Sort descending on the website side. Thus you'll see the last website update. Highlight all the files updated since the last website update. Upload those files.
