I think that is the exact reason why. Lets see...they make it easier and more troll friendly but how about helping the good guys out for once.

If your theory hold true the report button ought to cover up the entire page but I suspect it is to make it a bit easier for the sight impaired.

For the good haters, trolls and reporting fools on here. Now, when I go to give a star I have to be careful to carry my finger pointing hand right on the yellow star....

It's to make sure we get a good share of violations. Make the button bigger and NOBODY can miss it! It's bound to serve it's purpose of getting more people deleted!

I personally think violations are going to be completely out of control.
