He would just be another Dem violating Federal Regulations, which ban smoking in all federal buildings.

Your boy Clinton did the same regarding Federal Regulations about Sexual Harassment.

It already IS illegal to smoke in the White House! ! !
Even tho it is the official 'private' residence of the current President, the White House is STILL a Federal gov't building, and, technically, it is a felony to smoke in the "House', just like ANY other Federal building or on commercial aircraft.

. . . . . But I'll bet the law isn't enforced in cases of foreign 'diplomacy', when unenlightened foreign 'dignitaries' 'light up', and aren't forced to 'take it outside'.
I'll bet it wasn't enforced when "Slick Willy" was in the Oval Office, either, no matter WHAT was being 'smoked'! ! ! !

If he turns it into a smoking lounge, Arnold Schwarzeneggar and he can have a great time there. Especially since Arnold has a smoking tent in the California Capitol.
