I'm starting a small business online and many of my wholesalers want to fax documents. I don't want to have to get a landline just to get the couple of faxes that in all reality can and should be sent via email. Does anyone know of an online service that offers to convert faxes to email for you and give you a "fax number" for a small fee? Thanks.

I use these two sites:

http://www.faxdigits.com/

http://faxzero.com/

Both are free. They work well for me.

Check out j2 Communications:

http://www.j2.com/

They can assign you a free number (usually, in one of the middle-of-nowhere area codes) or you can have a number in your area for a fee.
