I purposely asked this same question BEFORE the first game of the season last night. Now, I follow it up AFTER.

After last night's surprisingly easy win over the Saints, how do you feel about the Colts now? Did anything surprise you about either team?

Thanks, everyone!

The Colts D surprised me and the Saints offense surprised me. I give props to the Colts D for stoping the Saints offense. As we all know though the Colts always get off to a good start but start fading at the end. If they can play the way they played last night then they will be raising another Lombardi trophy.
Saints on the other hand will bounce back.

Im not suprised with the outcome of last night's game. The Saints are as good as any other 10-6 team in the NFC. Not as good as the colts, not as good as the Bengals for that matter and the colts were better prepared than the saints. I still see the colts winning their division and getting into the playoffs but not through the playoffs.

The Saints are suppose to be the class of the NFC and Indy looked good last night. The biggest test for the Colts will obvious come from the AFC in the form of New England, Cincinnati, Baltimore, San Diego, Denver, NY Jets, and maybe even Jacksonville. Of the top 10 teams in the league at least 7 of them would be from the AFC.

I think the Colts will win the AFC South again but after that, it's a little uncertain. Their defense did somewhat surprise, but the D is usually pretty good at home. I'd like to see how their defense does on the road because it will be tested. I was surprised at the lack of playmakers on offense for New Orleans. Colston looked ordinary and it looks like they'll be relying on Brees and Bush all year.

Colts showed that they are still the team to beat, period.

Saints have a tough bounce-back game, on the road at Tampa Bay...who is probably dissecting last night's game film as we speak.

I am not a fan of the Colts, but I think that once again they will go to the Super Bowl.

colts are more prepared than any other team in the league, so they start out way ahead of everyone. It will come down to them and the Pats to see who wins superbowl.
