Over-rated if that is all there is to the relationship!
Under-rated if it is part of a loving caring long time monagamous relationship! It can make the couple
become one!

BOTH: Sex is:
1) One way to say I love you.
2) The best recreational sport there is when you are with the right person(s).
3) Incredibly boaring when you are with the wrong person.
4) A tool that religious zealots use to scare young adults.
5) Something too many people are afraid of.
6) A great form of exercise.
7) A very profitable busy.
8) The oldest business there is.
9) Something most people don't get to do until they are way past their prime and it is too late.
10) An adventure if you let it be one.
11) Something many people can't find.
12) Something too many people use to hurt others.

I think,Its not the question if it is overrated ore underrated...I think during the last years sexuality is nearly completely reduced to a ware....
so on the surface it looks as if is overrated...in TV..magasines...advertisement ...like the expression "love"but
all this shows us , how reduced we are....in a free society,
or in some...last.. tribes in some small places...sexuality
has its right place in the soul of h.beeing...important..but
only one part of many things we are able to do...compare
with s. Feuds "Uneasiness in the culture"...nowadays they use even sexuality to control...compare with Huxley's "brave new world"..F

Sex is underrated. There's nothing like a shake in the shack. Drugs X and coke make sex sound like child's play. I know first hand about this. Straight up sex is better than drugs anytime. People are like "let's get high", and I say "Let us all get laid". Besides, sex is cheaper.

when I was younger(Last year) I would under rated, But now that I am 40 been through 3 marriages and a lot more relationships, I say it is over rated, since I learned in the long run it the relationship and the person to keep you company and happy the rest of your life is what really matter in the end.

Sex is underrated at the present stage. eg. Imagine your are in the blue lagoon and innocence in everyway, sex is something you never know until you discovered it.

it's waaaaay overrated....people make such a big fuss about it...and now everybody is thinking that parts of women's bodies are actually symbols for sex and stuff...while they are body parts each with its own function....
i wish people wouldn't call girls "hot" or "sexy"...i mean..."beautiful" is a more simple yet nice word...
i also hate people who post their stupid sex vids....i mean...COME ON!! STOP!! FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
i know this isn't necessarily a good answer to your question....and maybe it's irrelevant...but some one people...STOP THINKING ABOUT SEX AND TRY TO ENJOY THE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE!!
