Well, there's this, from Green Mountain College

"When students crack open their new catalogs this fall, they’ll find four interesting new options as they chart their academic futures. The new programs include a major in Youth Development and Camp Management."

But you might have more luck finding majors in "Outdoor Recreation." See links 2 and 3, please.
