really ugly. Does that mean that they suffer from craniofacial disorder? Generally people arent ugly, so only people with craniofacial disorders are?

An abnormal facial structure would indicate some degree of craniofacial disorder. Just being "ugly" (always according to prevailing cultural beliefs) does not indicate abnormality.

What is considered "abnormal" and what is considered "ugly"? Are you talking about a something severe like a harelip, or something basic like a weak chin?
