hi there im just settin up my laptop

im tryin to start my webcam bt says it must be turned on how do i do this please help....

Can you see the web cam from my computer? Try double clicking it. If that option is unavailable did the laptop come with any software specifically for the camera? If so, you'll have to try that.

Depending on the web cam that you have, it provides you with the proper software. Install that software onto your laptop. Then fallow the instructions. Then hock up an UBS adapter. There are adapters out that you could hock up multiple ubs tools.
Hock up the web cam and you should be ready to go.
Remember if you are chatting there are programs out there on the internet, that will give software .
If your web cam did not come with proper software. Go to that particular company's web seite.
For instant is your web cam from Logitech
than go to www.logitech.com and so on. Good luck. It's really not hard to do.

try finding the right software listed in your computer and have you installed any software also read the webcams information and if you could provide the details of the webcam I could help you further (put your model of your webcam in additional details).
