He can't refuse to pay you court-ordered alimony. It doesn't matter whether or not he has 3 women pregnant or 20 women pregnant. You need to call your divorce attorney and find out the steps you need to take through the courts to enforce his alimony payments. In some states, they will garnish his wages, not sure about where you live. That said, you might just have to live without the money. It's possible that he doesn't have any and there may be nothing there for the courts to go after. At least you are well rid of this creep.

If he was ordered to pay, then contact the court and report him, and they'll make him pay. If you don't have a court order, you might be out of luck.

Regardless of how you might feel about his baby's mammas, which is understandable, it has no bearing on his alimony payments.

If the courts deemed him to have to pay it, then it is illegal. If you didn't take it to court and there is no set law on your case, then he doesn't have to pay a thing even if you both agreed on it. If he signed a paper and gave it to you, then you may be able to take him to court and with his signature get him to pay up. Get a good lawyer to look into your case. They will give you a free consultation usually and that one can determine if you can press charges.

If the alimony is court ordered, you could petition the court to find him in contempt of the order -- in which case, he can be ordered to comply, fined, or thrown in jail until he agrees to comply.
