If you're in the local market, you will see the Patriots on network television stations.
If you're outside the market, you would have to check your local listings for most games (which should be on network TV). The problems you will run across are if they play any of the NFL Network Thursday Night games. These are only available on the NFL Network.

The final game of the season against the Giants will be televised on the NFL network, and I don't think it will be on local tv. I'm sure it will still be on BCN (radio) though.
The two Monday night games will be on ESPN, and also on channel 5.
All the other games will either be on channel 4 (CBS), 7 (NBC), or 25 (FOX).

It looks like at least locally all but their two MNF games (broadcast on ESPN) will be broadcast on either FOX, NBC, or CBS.
If you are outside the local market, check your listings. It's always hard to get a every game for a team when you are outside the local market, but you should be able to get a few of them. One way to solve this is to get a upgraded sports package from your cable/satelite provider, like DirectTV's Sunday Ticket, which will allow you to watch nearly every NFL game on. But they are pretty pricey.

If you are in the viewing area of NE the home games are only televised if sold out 48 hours before the game...so if there are any dates they're not sold out they might no be set to be televised in your area yet. If you're not in the NE area, seeing them every week is a crapshoot...I hardly ever see the Steelers in NJ, since the Jets AND the Giants preempt them.
