A friend of mine is starting a new business and in his advertisements he is using an email address with "Doctor" in it even though I know he is not qualified. I am concerned for the people who may get involved in this, is it illegal what my friend is doing?

If this is fraud who should I report it to?

I think you may get away with it socially but if you use it to deceive people into doing business with you it is fraud

I think it is fraud - and if you're impersonating a medical doctor, then that is a criminal matter.

Mind you, I always have a sneaking regard for people who flip out and pretend to be surgeons and the like - how do you bluff something like that, b***s or what!
