They can not be the same since temperature is measured in degrees ( Can be any of a number of different scales like Fahrenheit, Celsius, Kelvin...etc.) and humidity (I assume you mean Relative Humidity) is a ratio which is a percent. You are trying compare to things that are totally different.
If you mean temperature and dew point.
Then what you are asking is: At what temperature is the temperature and dew point equal. That occurs when the saturation vapor pressure with respect to water is maximum or 100% in which case the relative humidity is also 100%.
If this is not what you are asking, please clarify.

Air temperature and absolute humidity, expressed as Dew Point Temperature, converge to be the same when the air is completely saturated (i.e., at 100% Relative Humidity). You may have heard of the "dew point spread" on your local TV forecast. That is the difference between air temperature and dew point temperature. A dew point spread of 0 is another way of saying 100% RH.
All the answers saying there is no relationship between temperature and humidity are dead wrong. There is a very real relationship between temperature, relative humidity (RH), and absolute humidity (Dew Point), as I gave above.

It's not the humidity that has to be the same as the temperature, it's the dew point and the temperature that has to be the same for the humidity to be 100%.

I can't handle the humidity. When it gets above 15% here, I feel like I'll never cool down or dry off. I can handle 100 degrees for a bit, as long as the humidity is low.

Humidity is not measure in degrees, it's measured in a percentage of the water vapor in the atmosphere while temperature is measured in degrees. I assume you meant dew point and temperature. Dew point and temperature are the same only when it starts to precipitate (rain,snow,hail etc.) but there's no specific temperature at which this happens.

When the dry bulb temperature is 14 degree celcius,the humidity will also be 14 percent if the dry bulb temperature is 5.5 degree celcius.Like this many examples can be given.I presume you are asking for equal numerical values only of humidty and temperature.

there is no correlation between temp and humidity. the temp is how hot it is usually in Fahrenheit, the humidity is the percentage of moister in the air
