if they are monitoring you directly they surely have installed a spy program on your computer that works in hidden mode...

and this program starts to work every time you start windows to stop it...go to start > run and type msconfig ..then go to startup tab and watch all your startup applications if you noticed a program that you didnt install just stop it from starting up with your windows...............

there is something else..when you work on your computer and the spy program works in hidden mode it may not be hidden in your proccesses menu..just press alt+ctrl+delete and go to the processes menu and watch what is running there..and be carefull not to stop a system application or to prevent it from starting up..........

every time you end your work on internet explorer just clear your history and delete your cookies to prevent any one from detecting your visited web sites........

there is something else....go to start > run and type cmd ...then in the black screen type netstat -n (space between netstat and -n) now the results you see are simply the connections established from and to this computer...if you see any ip under foreign address (except surely an ip like 127.0.0.1 ) that means there is an internet connection established to your pc and there is a chance that this connection is not your favorite type ..it could be a spy program that send your info ........good luck .

(1) Assume they are.

(2) Old webmaster saying: Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

(3) Don't post anything in an email that you wouldn't be willing to see posted on a public billboard (email is intensely vulnerable to reading by not only your work but ALL external viewers on the path to the recipient!)

(4) If your job isn't occupying you enough that you're bored enough to do stuff on the computer aside from your work, then you probably need a different job.

When I was a system admin, we used to do it with the log files, and key loggers, we had the comps to record every email sent, every website visited, and by the way you will not be able to tell we were watching by the changes to files, as they were automatically set to not change their date modified date or the access date, and every file on the computers were locked except users files, another thing we did was to keep a copy of every file the users made ie email nad downloads.

we fired quite a few people for breaking the company regulations in that they had no right to access any web page except the ones specified and not to contact anyone except on company buisness, we used it to get rid off people when we had to make cuts as well.

Penny stocks are loosely categorized companies with share prices of below $5 and with market caps of under $200 million. They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/e3f14

ask them? theres many ways to do this, they do have the ability and the right. depending on how big the company is, they probably just have the permissions and restrictions in place to block what they don't want you doing, they probably aren't "monitoring" you unless you gave them reason

take note of when you last assess your files and then go back later and see if they have been accessed again.
