1. Yes, a crime may have been committed. It is illegal to enter someones home without permission. Finding a key does not equate to permission.
2. X is liable for half of the support of the child. Additionally if either party is under the age of consent, the older person may have committed statutory rape.
3. No. Unless there is a specific state law, either party of a telephone conversation may record the conversation.
4. Yes, of course.
5. Yes. Depending on the state this could actually be classified as rape, as X is "forcing" Y to consent to protect her livelihood. Or the charge could be prostitution as it could be construed to be sex for money.
6. Yes. This is fraud.

1. merely entering x's house doenot mount to any crime by y. unless he has got a intention or motive to missappropriate any property of x . If he does so then he is liable to be punished under indian penal code for criminal misappropriation of property or for criminal tresspass or for house breaking . One thing that is important in such a cse in the intnt of the acused the necessary mens rea
2. no X is not liable as for law is concerned only when y the girl is a minor then can be x liable to any punishment . If the sex has been performed with mutual consent then it is okay . But where y is married and x have sex with her without her husbands permission then he wiil be liable to be punished under indian penal code for perfoming adultry.
3. merely recording the material doesnot constitute a crime only when x tries to blackmail y or distributes such material in the public then x is liable to punishment .
4. y wont be liable till x produces the title of the land and show valid reasons that he had no prior knowledge that y has taken possession of his land and constructed a house and why he couldnot move to the court to have the possession of the land from y earliest as possible.
5. Yes X is liable only when y registers an FIR in the police station and it must be proved in the court to nail x which is a question of fact and not always easy to prove.
6. No x is not liable to be punished under indian law but the wife tht is Y can move the court to have divorce on this ground.

1. Merely entering the house is not a crime unless untill it is not supported by criminal intention to do any crime, since the person is a friend.

2. Law does not recognise consent of a girl under age of 16, hence the boy is liable for punishment.

1- without permission is unlawful entry,2-the boy will be held accountable for child support when he reaches legal age until so the Prent's will be,3-recording without permission is non-offense unless its child abuse,4-X is the owner unless there was a default in taxes and state,county seized it as such,5-Illegal for using sex in hiring practices,6-nothing job markets are continues sly fluctuating.

If any one regardless enters a nother house it's
onlawfull entry.regardless of the key.Yes a friend can be proscuted.if the house owner presses
