i would really want to know are there any proofs to prove that we can travel to the past or the future?

I saw an interesting article that speculated anti-matter was the same as positive matter, but moving backwards in time. It explained some unusual features in the cloud pattern chamber in magnetic fields.

I'm sick of this garbage. 'Time travel' is bastardized terminology because time isn't a substance or thing, so one cannot travel through it, so the term or concept isn't legitimate.
The Universe is the totality of existence. If you wanted to be on the southeast corner of 1st and Main in Whatits, New Jersey (names and place made up) on July 15, 1965 EDT, then you could do that, but that isn't time travel. It is simply being in a different part of the Universe.

Well some guy is developing a time machine that whizzes light around really fast and somthing like if you turn it on in say june, in september you could travel back to the day in june you turned it on but not before.

It is theoretically possible to travel back in time only via the following methods, and note that this is 'theoretical', not proven.
-Traveling faster than the speed of light
-The use of cosmic strings and black holes
-Wormholes and Alcubierre 'warp' drive
Also, concerning your question where you say 'back flow of time', time does not flow, it is and remains as it is, and matter flows through time.

In Einsteins theory of relativity a person would have to travel at a speed close to the speed of light to even slow down time. Because that type of speed is only imaginary, no I don't believe that going back in time is possible for humans.
