There may be some nerves at first, but once the "flow" starts, I just go with it.

Yes, but the nervous energy can be leveraged to your advantage. Be anxious about nothing - feel passionate and excited about everything. Don't leave room for self doubt - just self improvement, and remember that no experience is a waste of time if you learn something from it. Once you realize that every event, experience and relationship adds to your knowledge base and personal power, you can walk into anything I say, "what am I going to learn from this today that is going to make me the best me I can be?" It's all a Win-Win!

I get nervous in job interviews or any situation where all eyes are on me. This is a real problem in my life because sometimes I get so nervous that my mind goes completely blank and I look like an idiot. bummer.

Nervous is part of the excitement! The blood pumps harder and the body is more alive. But I go with it anyway and the thrill is awsome.
Was it good for you too?

Both - I get nervous but will generally just say, "Screw it." and jump into the deep end anyway.
