Is your philosophy of LIFE, or the lack thereof, starving you and keeping the refrigerator door locked, your creativity frozen, and your mind malnourished?

Or have you found a way to place your philosophy of LIFE on the oven, and cook something nutritious?

Have you ever had a satisfying philosophical meal? If so, what was it? Did you have to select from the Y!A menu? And/Or did you serve yourself your own philosophical meal at home?

For an average individual, there is nothing like a "full philosophical "meal. It will , always , be a snack, a little of this or that, that we enjoy at that time. Then , over a period of time , there is a quantum shift in attitude and thinking . At that time , wharever the meal is , it is a satifying meal. For some it is simple salads , for the others a 7 course meal....

For the most part we all have to be satisfied with small doses of philosophy.
Right now , just about an hour ago, I was served a small snack! read on.

" if someone is very angry at you , shouts at you, curses you... donot get perturbed and shout back. Think a little. Why is that person shouting , cursing? Because it is giving him happiness. Why should you spoil his happiness/ There is nothing much that you can do to him . You might as well allow him to shout at you because you are making him happy .And... you should be happy about it"
