Can't say that I have.

I try to be this for each and everyone of my employees, being there to motivate them forward, to do the very best job they are capable of doing and to help them during times of personal needs.
I treat my employees as if they are my personal family, and its because of this that both my companies are so very successful! Building team spirit, and teamwork among all my employees is the best way to keep a very happy family and it greatly reduces employee turnover, which can be very costly to the bottom line.
Thank you,

What is that?
I blow under their arpits?
I don't think so.
I will support people but I draw the line at blowing smoke up their behinds or any other part of their anatomy for that matter.
Or do I?
No. It is still wrong.
