How would you handle the idiotic line jumper(S)?

jump them yourself.
easy.
if they tell you something, just say, 'we did like you did, so why are you complaining?'
and dont take it personally. no one does that because you're you, but just because the people serving usually keep dawdling and losing time and the people waiting in line are busy and just want to get it over and done with, but when they see the laissez-faire lazy people behing the counter, they lose hope of ever finishing on time and so they just try and get the shortcut, leaving a bad impression on those looking at them.
its just the way things are.

Go medieval on them... That'll teach them. We had the same problem with some rowdy kids at an amusement park. They were very surprised when my friends and I just went around them and regained our spots.

line jumping is cause for removal from the park.....
I would jump right back where I was in the first place!
