Someone who is honest, trustworthy and a little more intelligent than me (but she can be a little less intelligent). Tall and slim is good but a little curvy is also ok. Any race. Personality - good sense of humour but willingness to take risks and go on real adventures (like help with HIV affected people in Africa). Must be simple, and good-looking from inside without make-up and doesn't like make up. Must have nice hands and, if possible not webby feet.

thumpus already took my dream girlfriend...except she also has a hairy back that I can comb for her every night...*sigh*...only a distant dream.
but I guess the usual wouldd be, smart,cute,sexy, open minded,creative, and diligent to exercise.
the special woul be that she was interested into a couple of things that I also find strong interest in. and that she can stand as an individual, I'd like for her to argue with me (not violently of course) on issues and such things. that way we can open ideas to each other that the the other spouse would have never thought of.
so in conclusion: the basics, opposites attract, and similarities that we will never get sick of.

Thats easy...I married her.
She's not afraid to stand up to me. Pediatric nurses have described her as the best mother one could meet. She is intelligent, thoughtful...silly...and always concerned with her family. She loves science and tolerates sci fi. She knows (and cares) more about foot ball, computers, and fixing cars than I do. She is emotionally mature, able to do things for herself, and doesn't feel the need to appear helpless. She's not interested in fashion, celebrities (or their immoral behavior), or in caking her face with makeup. She's not concerned about material wealth or success.
And if you care about looks...grow up.
