Ok I had sex with this guy on August 13th, he did use a condom but he said that it fell off as he pulled out. Then I had my period on the 25th. of August and that lasted for 4 day's, my usual period. But now my breasts are a little sore and a little bigger, what could be the reason for that and could I be pregnant even though I did have my period like12 day's after having intercourse?

I think your fine. it would be the next period that you should watch out for.

If that happens again then go to your local pharmacy and get the morning after pill (if you don't have objections to that)

Your breast sometimes feel that way because your hormones are acting up. It's completely normal for them to act up every once and a while. I find that massaging them helps a little.

Of course there is a possibility. That is why on the condom box it states that it is not 100%. If he pulled out and there was leakage it only takes one little guy to fertilize.

Ovulation is generally day 14-17 of your menstrual cycle. Day one is when you start your period. Count up to day 14. It is not always accurate. Are you on a 21 day cycle or a 28 day cycle? A 21 day day cycle you could be ovulating on day 12.

Tender breasts are usually one of the first signs of pregnancy. That was always my first sign. Breast would be tender before I would miss my first period. BUT, you could also have PMS which causes breast tenderness increases amounts of caffeine can also cause it as well.

If you think that you might be, go buy a test. Good Luck

Hi

You may or may not be pregnant, but you need to take a pregnancy test to be sure. I do not know how old you are, but I am gathering that you are not ready to have a child yet, so the thought of it scares you- but you need to try and calm down & think of your health and the baby's health first right now. Go and get a test and then decide the next steps to take.

When I got pregnant with my oldest son, I was 18 and I still got my period for three months after I was pregnant. It was that way with all 3 of my kids-so you need to do a test and then get to a doctor if you test positive. Swelling breasts could be several things-but the short answer is that you need to get tested and examined by your Gynecologist to be sure of what is going on. Take care of your health first and then deal with all the other stuff!

Just as an FYI-never leave the responsibility of birth control to your partner-it is your body and you need to take control of it before your head gets all fuzzy! I am sure he did not lose the condom on purpose, but these things can, do and will happen!

Women think more clearly BEFORE sex and can make better decisions then-men think more clearly AFTER sex-use this to your own advantage and please protect yourself first from not only unwanted/unexpected pregnancy, but diseases as well. Its not just about the sex, but about the possible human being you could bring into the world. Always take responsibility before you lose control of it! Its your Life!

I wish you Peace, Health and Good Luck!

No you can be having pms, ovulation and pms causes breast tenderness but as you say augmentation, I say you have pms; if you had a proper period, with no less flow, you´re not pregant.

Also if you had unprotected sex after your period, then that could be different; I think you have pms.

PMS symptoms
mood swings
irritability
depression
anxiety
angry outbursts
confusion or fuzzy thinking
tearfulness
fatigue
insomnia
changes in libido
overeating
cravings, especially for salty or sweet foods
alcohol intolerance
acne
hives
abdominal and pelvic cramps
bloating
weight gain
headaches
menstrual migraines
breast swelling and pain
edema (visible swelling, particularly in the hands, feet and legs)
asthma
sinus problems
sore throat
worsening of chronic conditions like arthritis and ulcers
difficulty with coordination, being more prone to accidents
dizziness, decreased balance
heart pounding (palpitation)
nausea
fainting
urinary problems

Good luck! ;D

It's really unlikely that you're pregnant, since you've already had a period after having intercourse with him. You can either wait and see if you get your next period or take a pregnancy test, but it's highly doubtful that you are.

You could be pregnant however stressing over this issue is likely causing your symptoms. The only way to set your mind at ease is to get a blood test from a doctor or try a HPT at least 2 weeks from your period with your first morning urine.

highly unlikely that you are pregnant, not impossible but really unlikely. Suggest that if it is really worrying you, buy a home pregnancy test and use it six weeks from the first day of your last period. More likely, you are just ovulating, that also causes tender breasts.

Sometimes your breasts will get sore during ovulation. Many women have a worse time during ovulation than during menses. I highly doubt you are pregnant but take a test to alleivate your fear.
