Clean the entire vent system all the way from the dryer to the outside.

Go behind your dryer and vaccuum or sweep to get all the lint and dust particles. It could be getting into the tubing which is connected to the wall. Our dryer does the same thing. Also the filter or heating units. You could also set up a clothesline outside and dry your clothes on good days (aka not raining, not advisable if you live in the UK). It saves on energy costs and is better for the clothes. Dries them faster, as well.

The guy up ahead that said fire danger is quite correct.
The whole vent system needs to be cleaned regularly. A major cause of house fires is dryers clogged with lint.

There is no air flow through the dryer. Either your lint screen is plugged up or there is lint clogging the exhaust somewhere. Get it fixed before you have a fire.

Check the lint screen/lint trap. If you don't clean the screen after every wash, then it causes the dryer to work harder and it takes longer for your clothes to dry. If that is clean, try drying them longer. But, I bet it is the lint screen.

Sounds like the blower is out to me. Call a repair shop and ask over the phone. If you are handy, you can fix it yourself. If not, get a repair man out before you burn your clothes.

it could be your lint trap, try cleaning it out. That happens to me if I forget to clean out the trap.
