Some eye drops are boric acid, a weak acid. It would do nothing in the stomach acid.
The ones with antibiotics are not strong and generally no the type that effect the intestinal flora.
The saline solutions would have no effect.

I think eye-drops would just make you sick (and poo in the form of diarrhoea in that case).
Either eat lots of fibre (weet bix) or laxative to poo easily.
