Denise "Vanity" Matthews.
Ahead of her time in style & demeanor, Prince took the former model/actress under his wing & gave us Vanity.
Playfull songs about sex, love & lust were what she offered. On stage herself long with Susan & Brenda backing her offered much eye candy dressed in little more than lingerie & heels.
The music was funky & the future looked bright for Vanity until differences & a split from Prince had her soon replaced (in the singing group & movie Purple Rain) by upcoming actress Apollonia Kotero.
Her career didn't slow any - she starred in a handful of movies throughout the 80's-early 90's which included : The Last Dragon & Action Jackson.
Playboy featured a few pictorals of her as well.
Motown signed her & she produced 2 more albums which both had moderate sucess.
Health problems related to her drug use caused her leave the entertainment business soon after.

Michael Jackson...ONLY in the 80's. i DONT like him now he's creepy and ugly. But he was good looking and nice and a great singer in the 80's
