is it at all possible to retrieve the fertilized egg from a tubal pregnancy and plant it in the uterus while removing it from the tube at the same time???can it be done? and how?

No. Currently, doctors are unable to transplant an ectopic pregnancy.

I'm not sure if it can because usually by the time a tubal pregnancy is discovered the baby is already starting to develop past the zygote stage and the placenta is starting to form or has already formed, so detaching that would not be feasible.

I'm sorry, but this is impossible. Sadly, an ectopic pregnancy must be removed completely.

Maybe someday implanting it will be a possibility, it would be a wonderful miracle.

No that can not be done, I'm sure one day they will figure out a way too though.
