One needs to be called by God to the priesthood. Then he goes to a seminary and eventually he is ordained.
Contact your diocesan office for vocations. They can help you discern what God's will is for your life.

first become a catholic.then ask your local priest about joining a seminary (priest school).then be prepared to give up sex, be sent anywhere the church needs you, have the problems of the entire parish dumped on your shoulders,and have to make difficult morals decisions about facts revealed to you in the confessional. also be prepared to attend numerous funerals deathbeds and other depressing events like this
on the up side is the marriages baptisms and the general feeling of making a difference. sometimes you may even actually save some one

First, the Church does not accept gay people to the priesthood, nor women. You must have a calling from God this is confirmed beteween you, the Bishop and your own good or bad conduct seen in the light of God's commandments, then, you need to have the true intention of serving Jesus Christ in the Church to save souls and teach the true doctrine and be available to serve the believers, not ot seek money , glory or to hide from responsibilities etc. Youmust be moved by a sincere love for God. Ah ofcourse you must be a baptized and confirmed catholic man.
