Kind of early at 34, my guess is you need more minerals in your diet. Is the hair on your head turing white as well?

Well, when you age and start losing melanin (what gives your hair its color), it stands to reason that it affects hair all over your body. You said "also," so I'm guessing the hair on your head is also going white. Some people go gray/white earlier than others.

Yes, its normal-- Gray hair begins on the head, and in your case, its started "south" first!!!!!

Hope this helps.
