Yes. I saw it last night on DVD, when I was watching the old Doctor Who story "Terror of the Zygon's". Fair enough, it was actually a cyborg which the Zygons called the "Skarasen", but it did look like a dinosaur (even if it was poorly animated), and it did live in Loch Ness.
