I thnk it's great. I knew a Georgiana (pronounced George-AH-na) when I was younger, too. Both nice names, and Gina is sweet as a nickname.

I love Georgina but I prefer the nickname Gigi to Ginny or Gina. It seems fresher and spunkier.

it's fine, nothing wrong with it and it gives her a choice later on to be called either Ginny, Gina, Georgie, Georgina

Sorry, I've never been fond of it. I like Ginny & Gina though. I don't really like the name George or any of its derivatives.

Dont pair it with a brother named George. It is a femine name that seems Southern belle-ish (femine girly, but strong/independant). Try to find a short middle name, maybe one (preferably) or two syllables long. A one syllable middle name would probably be worked into a nickname: Gina ___. So if you dont like two word nick names, then I suggest a two syllable middle name.

Pretty, more unique than Georgia. I like Gina, or even Georgi for a nickname.

ehh i really dont like it. Instead of using gina for a nick name, why not use that as her full real name. That or Georgia would be pretty
