I have to write different memorandums in the office, oftenly my memo's get kick backs from my manager bcz lack of writing skills..please help me..

Strunk and White's Elements of Style. This book was a required purchase when I was in college. I never woudl of made it through without it! I have been out of school for about 9 years now and still refer back to it. I attached the amazon link below

I'd suggest a good Advanced Learner's Dictionary. Your grammar isn't bad, but "oftenly" isn't a word (it's "often") and as far as I know, "kickbacks" are a kind of bribe. Do you mean bad feedback?
