Dewpoint is an absolute measure of the amount of water in the air. It is the temperature at which the air, at the current amount of water vapor, will be 100% saturated. Reduce the temperature any further and water will condense out and form dew or fog, hence the dewpoint. In fact, you'll often see fog forming even before you reach that point.
Relative humidity is a relative measure of the amount of water in the air, expressed as a ratio of the actual vapor pressure over the vapor pressure at saturation (which is at 100% RH).

Dew point represents the maximum amount of water vapour air can hold(i.e.,saturated condition) for a particular temperature and it is expressed in degree celcius or fahrenheit.But humidity or relative humidity represents how much water vapour is actually present(it may be maximum or not) in the air for the same temperature.It is expressed as a percentage.The relative humidity will be 100 percent at the dew point temperature for a particular air temperature.In other words, the relative humidity can be taken as the degree of saturation.R.H will decrease if air temperature increases.

Humidity is the amount of moisture in the air but not neccesarily "condensed' moisture.
Dew point is the tempurature at which the moisture in the air will start to condense and become liquid.
FYI: When dew point and tempurature are within 4 degrees F you will get fog.
