I don't know anyone that ever had a bad expereince with one. They just cut me on both sides, one at a time. They pulled out the vas, and cut it. They put everything back. That was 10 years ago, I am sure it is easier now.

Nothing bad happened. I don’t know anyone that had anything bad happen. It means you can have all the sex you ever want. How can anything bad ever come of that?
Mine was done "old school". It was the traditional type where they made two incisions and cauterized the ends. No stitches were required. I had no pain, and there is no scar. I had it done on a Friday afternoon, and I was back to work on Monday. It was nothing.

Following the ops.. which is day surgery with local aneasthetic you must rest for three days, otherwise you will likely suffer painful bruising.
After that ... well, pretty much anything goes... everything works exactly the same, you still blow loads of ejaculate by the bucket if that is what you did prior to it.. and that's all there is to know.

my urologist made two incissions, cut a section of the tube out and tied them off. i overdid it a little, and had swelling and bruising. when they say take it easy and ice, do it, you'll save yourself a lot of discomfort. at first i was tender and didnt seem to feel as much during climax, but that cleared in time and now i can't tell any difference. if you are sure you dont want any more children, i highly recommend it. now we have sex without fears or worries.

The day of the operation, you might feel a slight sting. That's pride f***in' with you. F*** pride! Pride only hurts, it never helps. You fight through that s**t. 'Cause a year from now, when you kicking it in the Caribbean, you gonna say to yourself, "Marcellus Wallace was right."

I can't recall any bad experiences with it, after a brief recovery time. After that it was having "fun" without the "fear".
